Today, as the Chairman of DreamLight Digital Ltd. and founder of multiple companies across diverse industries, I combine strategic leadership with hands-on experience in business development, compliance, and cross-border growth. My mission has always been clear: to design businesses that are efficient, lawful, scalable, and globally relevant.

My entrepreneurial journey began with a strong foundation in Bangladesh’s business laws and regulatory framework. Understanding how companies are built — not only in concept but in compliance — gave me the rare ability to bridge business ambition with legal precision.
I have worked extensively with both Private Limited and Public Limited company structures, mastering the formation process, compliance requirements, shareholder governance, and legal mechanisms that define sustainable corporate growth.
Over the years, I’ve advised and managed several company setups and operational transitions, helping both local and foreign partners establish their presence in Bangladesh with full adherence to RJSC guidelines, Income Tax Act 2023, and VAT & SD Act 2012.
